It's misleading to call it NHS track and trace, they outsourced it to Serco and Deloitte giving them huge contracts with no penalty clauses. A disaster from this government.

It's a disaster for the taxpayer, who apparently has no say at all in how they abuse our funds. Find me a contract anywhere with the enormous sums involved that have no penalty clause. This isn't incompetence, it's theft.
