If the government has taken the position the pandemic is no longer of sufficient severity to require daily updates to the public, then it has given itself the bandwidth to address the public’s other concerns of governance. This, being high up the list.

Hi ArchaeologyF1 … I noticed your love of historical novels. I can strongly recommend Rebecca's Choice by Heidi Gallacher on Amazon. A great Victorian story set in Cardiff at the end of the 19th Century.
