          Don't smoke, never have and never will, but this is insane! what about the human rights to make decisions for ourselves? Sure, encourage people to quit, offer better alternatives! but you should not make it illegal, that is madness. We all have the right to make crap descions.

          Not when that affects other people’s well-being. People with respiratory ailments and sensitivity can get allergic reactions just by walking past a smoker, and I would know being one of them.
