Josey Jewell was an extremely productive player at LB for Iowa. He has a lot of great qualities as a person - a team captain for many years at Iowa and we're thrilled to get him at pick 106.
We’ve taken WR KJ Hamler from Penn State with the 46th overall pick. He’s an electric player with excellent speed and high character.
KJ’s also an outstanding kickoff and punt returner who can help us on special teams.
We've taken DE DeMarcus Walker with our 2nd rd pick. He was a very productive pass rusher at Florida St. and will fit in well w/our defense!
Royce Freeman had a tremendous career at Oregon and is our 3rd round pick. He's a big, physical runner who will fit in well in our backfield.
Lloyd Cushenberry is a strong, powerful center that we’ve drafted in the third round from LSU. He gives great effort, is from a championship program and has outstanding leadership qualities.
Bart was a true gentleman, a great player and a great pioneer for the NFL. He set a tremendous example for all QBs to emulate.
My thoughts are with Bart’s wife, Cherry, and the entire Starr family. #Legend
When I think about Tom Brady, he’s a true winner who handled himself with class throughout his entire career.

We’ve selected OL Dalton Risner from Kansas St and QB Drew Lock from Missouri in the second round.
Dalton bring great versatility to our OL along w/toughness and attitude.
Drew was a four-year starter in the SEC, and he’s going to learn from Joe and compete for the backup role.

Acquired QB Mark Sanchez for a conditional '17 pick. He brings veteran leadership & will compete. This is the 1st step in our process.
We've agreed to trade for two-time Pro Bowl TE Vernon Davis from SF. He'll be a valuable addition to our team w/his experience & leadership.
When you talk about contributors, nobody’s given more to the game than Pat Bowlen. His impact on the Broncos and NFL will never be matched, and it’s great to see that recognized today.

We’ve selected Missouri TE Albert Okwuegbunam in the fourth round.
Albert has a great combination of size and speed, running a 4.49, and can block & recover. He had a great year with Drew in ‘18 as an added bonus!
Our final pick of the draft was edge rusher Derrek Tuszka of North Dakota State. He gives great effort and plays his tail off. Good speed, good character and has a chance to really develop.

Troy Fumagalli is an athletic, versatile tight end we are pleased to select in the 5th round from Wisconsin. He also spent some time with our coaches down at the Senior Bowl.
We’ve selected Colorado WR Juwann Winfree in the sixth round. He’s a tough, physical player with a lot of top-flight traits with his size, speed and hands. Great to add another player with in-state ties to the Broncos.
Picked RB Devontae Booker in 4th rd from Utah. One of the highest rated RBs on our board. Physical, versatile & has great ball skills.
We've taken WR Carlos Henderson from La. Tech in the 3rd rd. He catches the ball really well and is a good special teams player & returner.

In the sixth round, we’ve taken guard Netane Muti from Fresno St. A strong, powerful and tough player who did 44 reps at 225 at the combine. Netane is a powerful run blocker and a strong anchor vs bullrushers as well.
John Madden was a legend —His far-reaching impact on our league and love of the game were unmatched.
It was always special meeting with John when he would call our games. He was larger than life and will be missed by all.

McTelvin Agim, our third-round DL from Arkansas, has a lot of top traits as a player and person. He’s a good inside pass rusher with double-digit sacks for his career and was also very impressive in All-Star Games.
