This format is the same at all hearings. Congress would be better served if they just listened while an expert talked to MZ for awhile, probing important issues.
The structure of these #Facebook hearings are just like social media itself. Too short, no context, no long form dialog, therefore, very little incisive lines of questioning. Four or five minute per questioner allows MZ to just run out the clock, over and over again.
