so basically they are just replacing one algorithm with another? They refuse to accept the need for paid staff to validate links. Anything less than that is a half assed response.

I agree 100% with you. User reviews would not be believed unless you also agreed with the perspective. Over time they would become pretty meaningless. Expert reviews should rule.
