Bret Stephens catalyst for making this argument is him being owned online consistently by people disproving him with actual evidence (including scientists). He WHINED that he was being "targeted" when scientists argued against him. Dumb as shit to buy into this.

I was just saying how I enjoy our banter because it’s civil, educated, and I almost always come away understanding another sides viewpoint. More people need to be like us.
