Took a lot of work, but yes, you can change to state "no Amazon delivery." We've found they ignore it half the time or more.

On the Canadian Amazon site, the closest I could find was under 1-click Settings for each address book entry. A confusing array of 2-day, express, priority, expedited, etc but nothing that explicitly said who the carrier would be. Is that where you saw it?
