I'm taking one hour to try to deal w/ ATT, Time Warner Cable, and various other customer service nightmares. I currently have three different chat windows and two phone sessions on hold. But I've got a call in 30 mins I can't miss (real work). This tax on our time is horrendous.

Looks to be (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/coverage-map …) - you can zoom the coverage map to get street level detail. In SF it's been a bit optimistic about coverage in the Haight but otherwise accurate.
