Looks to be (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/coverage-map …) - you can zoom the coverage map to get street level detail. In SF it's been a bit optimistic about coverage in the Haight but otherwise accurate.

This companies have determined that THEIR time is more important than their customers, hence why tghey routinely top surveys as most hated by their paying end users. This is ripe for state AGs to investigate :)
