You might be right. Yes, some. For example, public events with 50+ people and visits to nursing homes are banned. Apart from that, social distancing is happening but on a voluntary basis.

If everyone would count their number of deaths in the same way we(Belgium) wouldn't be up there. The number used here is including all deaths in retirement homes as well, while most other countries aren't doing this for some reason.
