Paragraph 1, section c: the government can take anything you own (except guns). This includes food, real estate, clothing, etc.

There are so many constitutional problems with that it’s not even funny. However, as one of my former law professors was found of saying, “if it’s unconstitutional, the Kentucky legislature will surely pass it.”
