Why do I get @YouTube windowed on my phone when I'm in America but not in England? Such a weird distinction based on region... And no, I don't have YouTube Red/YouTube Premium in either country.

All I can really say is that I can't do this when I'm in England. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7. Let me know what other information could help.pic.twitter.com/H9IxzvNqUl

Thanks. Any plans to let the rest of the world have it or reason why we don't already?

Do you mean you can't find this in your YT settings? I live in Straya and I got no issues.pic.twitter.com/i0RcNt2emf

I'll double check when I get back to England, but I don't recall ever turning it on when I visited America. It just seems to work automatically.
