Drug use is decriminalized in The Netherlands, with no enforcement as a matter of official policy. Drug distribution is still a crime and enforced. Marijuana and mushrooms and other psychedelics are decriminalized well.

I want drug use to be treated as a health problem not as a criminal problem. but dealing should be punished to me dealers are predators.
