Many will use the EO as cover. It's a difficult policy to police and enforce, so it's a clear choice.

I feel like an Executive Order shouldn't be the reason a company no longer conducts Diversity training. Fu#k the Order and do what's RIGHT!!!!!!!! This makes me angry. That being said, I will now only work with companies and orgs who are passionate about inclusion. Full Stop!
