When I first started Paradigm, I was super skeptical about the potential for training to have any impact at all. Research on the efficacy of training around DEI, and I thought that *at best* training could only have a very small impact as compared to structural change.

Over time, as we've worked to implement structural and systemic changes with clients, I've seen how important training can be: even with the best systems and processes, human behavior matters.

Well-designed training can act as a critical complement to systemic change by equipping people with the specific strategies, tactics, and skills they need to engage with systemic change effectively.

For example, you may have a super structured and effective hiring process (you probably don't, but let's say you did). You've built out thoughtful interview questions and rubrics. That process only works if people engage with it - if they use the tools you created.

That's one place where training can have a huge impact. It can equip people with an understanding of how to make better decisions, how to manage more effectively, how to lead more inclusively.

But scaling training is hard. Whether you're a startup with limited budget or a Fortune 500 with a distributed global workforce, reaching everyone live can be impractical. We've spent the last few years learning how to deliver highly impactful training in person.

Now, we're excited to take the best of what we've learned through our in-person training and leverage the unique possibilities of online environments to deliver something that can reach any employee, anytime, anywhere, with tailored, effective content.

Our initial course has multiple versions designed to meet the needs of different employee populations. Our early customers range from small tech startups looking to incorporate training into onboarding, to global retailers interested in upskilling store associates worldwide.

Our first core value at Paradigm is to prioritize impact. I'm beyond excited about the impact we can have through a platform that reaches so many people with tailored and evidence-based content. If this sounds up your alley, we'd love to hear from you!http://info.paradigmiq.com/reachearlyaccess …
