(1) Employee-led corporate activism will drive change, both within their organizations and externally. We're already seeing this, and I expect and hope to see more in 2019.

(2) DEI efforts will scale faster with smart technology. Companies like
@Greenhouse@textio@SurveyMonkey@blendoor and@GetAtipica are leading the way. While technology can do so much to undermine DEI efforts, I'm tremendously optimistic about its potential for positive impact.Show this thread -
(3) Companies will begin to take a more data-driven approach to inclusion. I still hear - all the time - "you can measure diversity, but you can't measure inclusion." That's false. You can, and you *must* is you want to understand where your gaps are and measure progress.
