    H.R. 4760 (Goodlatte) is the only vehicle so far that includes the overwhelmingly popular E-Verify. Will have to overcome opposition from Members who take a hard line to protect outlaw employers.

    This is what i call political chain migration. Once you amnesty one group it politically leads to a chain of others, even beyond the legal mechanism. Then, what about those brought as children AFTER 2007? That's next. What about all those brought as a result of DACA in 2014?

    . can confirm that the suspect was admitted to the United States after presenting a passport displaying an F43 family immigrant visa in 2011. The suspect is a Lawful Permanent Resident from Bangladesh who benefited from extended family chain migration.
