    A truth I have widely come to accept : every large, complex software intensive system is broken to one degree or another. Every last one of them. At issue is to what degree users are bumped by the misaligned parts, cut on the sharp edges, or crushed by the falling parts.

    consumer needs are just as important (if not more) than API provider needs, but there is not nearly as much written about them. Awesome blog post from Stephen Fishman on understanding API consumer types and personas!

    Right now, bundling JS is required for loading performance, but practically kills caching... WebBundles will enable us to have both!! 🤯 But, how can the server know what's already in the cache? I'm glad you asked!!
