Little bit of both. For me there is always questions about whether I don't sell many books because of the quality of my books or because I don't market them correctly.

A bit of both. I get stuck on the simple, but not easily discarded, issue of my work really isn't good enough. Not many have read it, so who's to say? I've sent my half finished manuscript to an editor to get a feel for where I'm at.

That’s a daring attempt! I’m not sure I could do that as I may get discouraged. I need mine finished first but I certainly wish you the best on the return

Definitely
#inspired. I want to make#readers happy with my books, so, when I see other#indieauthors do the same, I am#happy for them. Their#success gives me the strength to pursue my own#goals, to achieve what they have managed.pic.twitter.com/9ISRyYq9SJ

I think both. Most people become successful because they have a great marketing team backing them up, not because their work is good. I know a lot of indie authors who should be famous for their work. But unfortunately are still unknown.
-
That is unfortunately like other creative careers. There are so many singers who are not great but fit a particular mold and get known.

I become so inspired! If they can do it, that means maybe I can too!
