A rock exists yet it's not conscious. My shoes exist without consciousness. The table exists. The house exists. And, so on and so forth. Perhaps, you mean existence pertaining only to sentience?

Even in dreamless sleep, one wakes up and says "Oh, I slept really good." So, there is still some sense-experience of having slept.
Oh, well. This is going nowhere. We are dogs barking back n forth. LOL!
