Just cause an artist is successful, that doesn't mean they should be limited in how they express themselves
Conversation
Anyone can express themselves however they want, whether they are successful or not. Others can also critique those expressions, whether they are successful or not. Personally, I think Lennon was a great singer/songwriter. But not beyond criticism.

Certainly not. U seemed to have quite a bit of venom 4 him. & u blasted him, & every other parent 4 being a procreator, which is why I was surprised that u seemed 2 be giving fatso a pass

I never gave Brando a pass. We were talking about acting. I mentioned Brando's theory that all humans are acting. That's all. It really had nothing to do with Brando's life. It was about acting. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've tried to explain this to you.

I understand. & of course we're all acting. We'll have a conversation w/someone that we don't like, at work, for example, & we act like we don't want to bitch slap them. I'm well aware.

That's exactly what Brando was saying. Did you see the video clip HC posted? He talked about work relationships & how we all act in pretentious ways in order to secure are status & position in said work place...

I wouldn't say we all do. I don't talk to plenty of my coworkers. I abhor ass kissing. I don't give a fuck. I don't have much to lose. I didn't see the clip. My computer's speakers are off the vast majority of the time

Interesting that both you & Brando siezed upon the workplace as an example of how acting is played out in everyday society.

I don't come 2 work 2 be around ppl. I'm there 2 make $ 2 pay my bills. Being around ppl is an unfortunate side effect. It's amazing how ppl that talk a lot have nothing intelligent, funny, or interesting to say. It's just noise.

Most of which the common man speaks is not worth the air into which it is uttered. Keep #antisocial and #misanthropic for your own #mentalhealth

I liken most social discourse to dogs barking
