I did feel better after the ECT, but today I was super depressed π.

Just depression in general. I feel uncertain about the future in terms of work and study, but I will try to uplift my spirits to do it. Also, my cousin is mad at me for no reason. She came to visit from Australia and didnβt tell me.

Everything is uncertain, really. Take it one day at a time. And cousins and family members and neighbors and friends and loved ones are going to get mad for no reason. My sister will no longer speak to me. I can't even remember what it is she is mad about lol
