I get this pain/numbness in my left arm, when i get an anxiety/panic attack. Today i had the pain n then it's been twitching like crazy since afternoon. I can't hold anything without it shaking. When my hand's not trembling, it hurts.

Sounds like a neurological problem. Possibly a disk problem or pinched nerve. If symptoms persist, seek a neurologist.
