Went to a doctor and was told that I have high blood pressure even though I'm just 22. Told to eat this and that, exercise blah blah blah. What crime did I commit to deserve this slavery?

I've been told by doctors I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Told to take this drug or that, and to do this, that and the other thing. I don't do any of it.
