Today is Guy Fawkesโฆ we have fireworks to celebrate the death of a king (If Iโm not mistaken)โฆ itโs frustrating being part of the Anglosphere bc people overdo it with fireworks always. It terrifies pets sometimes + Iโm not really a fan of noise in general.

Btw, apparently Halloween is a thing in the Arab Gulf countries that now celebrate it.

Its a thing now. There were articles published in Arabic newspapers complaining about how students in the Gulf have adopted it.
