It's not wrong. Most die in a hospital. Aside from that, hospitals are 3rd leading cause of death in the US.
I doubt those two aforementioned in the news had Covid. The PCR test has a history of false positives. Don't believe everything the fascist corporate media tells you.

It's hyperbole. The point still stands. Most people go into a hospital with Covid, they do not survive. Again, hospitals are 3rd leading cause of death in Amerika, after heart disease and cancer.
