It's not wrong. Most die in a hospital. Aside from that, hospitals are 3rd leading cause of death in the US.
I doubt those two aforementioned in the news had Covid. The PCR test has a history of false positives. Don't believe everything the fascist corporate media tells you.

The whole story is speculative. I found a local website that had photos of the two people in question. They were humongous, morbidly obese. The fact they both died at the same time sounds more like a fentanyl overdose than a corona virus.
