It's not wrong. Most die in a hospital. Aside from that, hospitals are 3rd leading cause of death in the US.
I doubt those two aforementioned in the news had Covid. The PCR test has a history of false positives. Don't believe everything the fascist corporate media tells you.
The fact that they both died at the same time is suspect. Appears to be more like a drug overdose.
