Nihilism is antithetical to antinatalism. Nihilism posits there are no values. AN posits there is value in preventing harm from sentient beings. Thus, the two philosophies clash.

Very few can transcend suffering by self realization (even the Bhagavan suffered right up til the day he died of cancer). But one can easily stop causing suffering simply by not procreating it.
