Where I come from that is the belief. According to that, if we leave without sorting out our karma, we will be reborn. Life is believed to be an entanglement of sufferings. Moksha is considered as the ultimate goal to be relieved from those miseries and afflictions.

Yes, that's why I was using that particular paradigm, because both you and the guy you retweeted are of Indian descent. It was a counter belief to the one you two were putting forth, which is a nihilist belief, that there is no consequence to our actions.
