I'm assuming you're meaning those who've adopted an antinatalist mindset. I'd guess it's in the thousands. Even if it was one million, it would still be only a 1/10,000th of one percent of the population, which is so infinitesimally small as to be negligible
385,000 people are born every day. That means you're gonna have to convert more than 385,000 people per day to antinatalism.

Yeah, I know, my response was a comical reply but sometimes my humour doesn't translate well over text based mediums. I don't literally think it's down to me, that'd be absurd, given the aforementioned plurality of anti-natalists.
