We're geniuses, huh? lol
I don't use two languages but sometimes two different voices and on rare occasions even an additional voice character will join in the discussion with myself (whatever that is)

Well responding to yourself in a different voice like you do is a genius...now what I do by responding to myself in a different language is just called insanity or mentally challenged not sure which one 🤔
