The neighbors all loved Ed. He was a handy repairman kind of guy. Some would let him baby sit their kids. Yeah, he was a little quirky, but, you know... that's just ol' Ed...

Yeah it’s always the nice and quiet ones you gotta watch out for

He lived to be a ripe old age in some institution for the criminally insane. He was a model inmate.

His mom fucked him all the way up, when he tried to be normal and make friends he would get beat by her. And his brother died under strange circumstances.

His mom was a religious kook, too. Taught him early on that women were evil and not to be trusted. (Which is true, but, you know...lol)
They suspect Ed had something to do with his brother's death. But it could never be substantiated.

LoL they can be evil...yeah he wanted ol mom all to his self

Reminds me of the movie "Carrie", the original make, where Carrie's mom was a religious kook and punishing her for wanting to go out & be a teenage girl. Piper Laurie should've gotten an Oscar for that role.

The remake sucks, some movies just need be left alone

I think I tried to watch the remake but couldnt get thru it. It's hard to beat Spacek & Laurie & Brian De Palma. John Travolta plays a supporting role in it (this is before he was a big star).

Yeah Spacek, Laurie, and Brian De Palma definitely made a classic with a young John Travolta the 70’s and 80’s when movies were original
