Conversation
He's the inspiration for a lot of horror flicks: Hitchcock's Psycho, and Silence of the Lambs (the Buffalo Bill character) come to mind

The neighbors all loved Ed. He was a handy repairman kind of guy. Some would let him baby sit their kids. Yeah, he was a little quirky, but, you know... that's just ol' Ed...

His mom fucked him all the way up, when he tried to be normal and make friends he would get beat by her. And his brother died under strange circumstances.

His mom was a religious kook, too. Taught him early on that women were evil and not to be trusted. (Which is true, but, you know...lol)
They suspect Ed had something to do with his brother's death. But it could never be substantiated.
