Something I didn't know about him I was reading about recently is he was a vegetarian and was avid about animal rights

He was a radical environmentalist. They were destroying machines, bulldozers and so on, out in the desert when he was out. He and Squeaky Fromme and Sandra Good, among others, were ecoterrorists before it was cool.

His mom was a young teen when she birthed him. She ended up doing time for armed robbery. He was passed around by relatives in WV and KY until he burnt the schoolhouse down in the 3rd grade.
His environmentalist group still exists called ATWA. They are online

People thought when Manson said the quote Nothing, I’m Nothing that he was just saying something to get attention, but he was being true with himself being passed around like that as a kid like some old hand-me-down toy that someone is bored of like it nothing anymore

All the people that knew him when he was a kid said he lived well. His grandparents in WV were loving and caring. They all said he loved to sing in church as a child. It appears he did have a problem with his mother who kept pushing him away, though...

Manson got screwed. I'm not a follower of Manson nor his philosophy, but his trial was a mockery of justice.
