Nietzsche said God was dead. It's true. The projection came off of that bearded God in the sky. That energy is no longer in the church. But where did the energy go? People now have no idea what to do with it so they put it on rock stars, on alcohol, on muffins, on healers~Woodman

That energy has morphed into Leftist political ideology & socialism. The "social justice warrior"; the self-righteous, morally superior, 'holier-than-thou' crusaders against all that is perceived as evil, whether real or imaginary.

Great read
If I'm not mistaken Nietzsche predicted that too

See Nietzsche's Will to Power, especially Book Two. He wrote about it in depth. The Left has usurped all of the socialistic and virtue signaling attributes of Christianity. The Left is a cult of 'ressentiment' against all that is strong, noble. The herd mind

The left? Cult of "ressentiment"?? Seriously, I think you are following the wrong account. Everything I post is about not getting into this reductionist either/or, left/right thinking. Perhaps look inside to find your own left and make that your starting point.

Your OT was a Nietzsche quote and asking where did the energy of a dying Christianity go? And, Nietzsche tells you plainly in his Will to Power, which is what I have referenced above. It didn't go into pop star idolatry or some such trivial nonsense.
I quoted Marion Woodman who referenced Nietzsche as she discussed some of the issues that come up in Jungian analysis. Quotes without context are problematic, I know, so I urge people to read the author quoted. In this case, it is Woodman.
