you invite an exploration vs. set patterns which keep recurring - (youtu.be/dpC-nm5nau4)-both on path of transformation-energy of anger & violence->compassion
without anger say "I am suffering""I have suffered for years""please help me forget all this"-Amen

Watched a film recently called Samsara (2001) about a monk, highly skilled in meditation but wants to experience having a wife and family and leaves the monastery. Very powerful drama, tragic. Beautiful scenery (Nepal, maybe?).
That's cool they're streaming it on archive dot org. Really beautiful film, great photography, great writing, great acting & a powerful message at the end but I don't wanna spoil the story but it expresses one of my contentions with Buddhism. I was surprised
