There are 2 parts of the mind: the conscious mind & the unconscious. The unconscious is easy going & accepting; the conscious is troubled & judgemental. So, stay in the unconscious & everything is cool.

You are always unconscious, with a thin layer of consciousness on the surface. Simply gravitate to the unconscious instead of the consciousness. It is a kind of meditation, but all of our states of mind at any given time are a kind of meditation or trance.
