I am lucky. My brother, he has terrible nightmares all the time. He'll be yelling in his sleep, sometimes. Tormented. That's gotta suck.

Yeah, you try to trick yourself into "not trying", which is another form of "trying" and then you get a double bind thing going on and your insomnia is like, "I know what you're tryin to do and it aint happening" and I'm like, "Damn you, insomnia!"...
