lol! Good or bad is in the eye of the beholder. What I'm sayin is one part of you hates the other part. This contempt that you have for yourself comes from the part of you that looks down on the other part. You give it superiority over the other part of you

In order for someone to hate themselves, there has to be a part of them that looks down on their self. A part that feels it is better than the other. An inner conflict. I see this phenomena a lot on Twitter.

Indeed, he did. So did Nietzsche. We pass these moral judgements against ourselves, as if we are some kind of infallible moral authority receiving revelations from God above... lol... it's crazy

I find it fascinating. When we hate ourselves, it's as if we consider ourselves some kind of moral authority, a god-like figure, which condemns itself. There's a split in the ego, one we deem "good" and the other "bad". I'm probably not articulating it well
