All choices are predicated upon genetic predisposition and environmental conditioning (antecedent events). Nothing is free. All things conform to the laws of physics.

Disagree. The laws of physics - these are a human creation to account for the consistencies in perception. They don't exist "out there."
Genetic predisposition/environmental conditioning are indeed powerful. But my dog chooses to obey me; I give myself the same freedom of choice.
