I watched another Fred & Rose documentary. They would have children, rape & torture them & if they got to be a problem, just kill them & bury them in the yard. This went on for years, while they were also raping & torturing other people they managed to lure

Hell, yes, it's serial killing. Having a child is murder, because the creation of a child, knowing that it is going to suffer & die, is premeditated homicide. Parents are the cause of their child's death.
