It is truly horror to live with people who treat you badly and cant understand how you feeling.

The worst part is even if I tell them that I'm depressed, they won't understand. Last time I tried they told me I'm being ungrateful and should be beat up

My mom used to slap me and yell, "Snap out of it!"
I just shut up then, I have had enough of getting beaten.

As a child, I was beaten, ridiculed, shamed, neglected and forced to work for them without pay. When I turned 18, I got the hell out of there.
