It'd be interesting to search in the early texts to find more quotes like that which probably have been hidden by the established church

I was reading something last night, can't remember what, that said there are several passages in the apocryphal Christian texts which explicitly advocate antinatalism. One text mentioned something about a "Salome" whom Jesus commended for not breeding.

I found the same info in Schopenhauer's Supplements and Caraco as well mentioned it. May be it's where you read it. More research needed on apocryphal Gospel
