Would anyone be willing to start an antinatalism literary journal with me?

This is just an idea, it may or may not happen.

I think the person who has the Antinatal News twitter account has one she just started not too long ago. Maybe hook up with her and get involved. Or get some feedback of how to get one started.

Okay, thank you! From what I’ve seen, she does more informative whereas I see the literary journal more with poetry, short fiction, and creative non-fiction.

Cool. Sounds good. The more antinatalist literature, the better.

What! Get yourself a copy of Thomas Ligotti's 'The Conspiracy Against the Human Race' today. Order it now! Also, Schopenhauer's essays 'On the Suffering of the World' and 'On the Vanity of Existence'... can be found online... mandatory reading.
Also, Peter Wessel Zapffe's "The Last Messiah"... also available online

Are they fiction? I like to read fiction and poetry and creative nonfiction, but I’ll try to check them out :)

It's a mixture. Ligotti is already a legendary fiction writer. But his "Conspiracy..." is more of a compendium of antinatalism literature over the centuries. "The Last Messiah" is kind of fictional but it is an insightful look at the predicament of humanity.
