Hopefully, it would. Procreation is a primal, animalistic instinct. People in poverty in war-torn countries getting drone striked every other week would still find justification to breed. Its sad.

People in war torn and famine struck lands tend to kick into overdrive in breeding. I think the DNA goes into emergency mode and tries to make up for loss of life. Antinatalism seems to be more prevalent in more highly developed countries.
