As a little kid, I knew enough to ask, "But what did he STAND ON, while he was making everything? What did he make it OUT OF? Where WAS he when he was 'making EVERYTHING,' if there was NOTHING, etc. etc.?
NONE of those questions arise for "the faithful?"
