I assume it would depend upon what one's definition of "God" might be.
Without a God to act as a standard or metric by which to define it, there can be no objective morality.

That makes sense to me. If there is an omnipotent, omniscient God-force at the core of existence (so to speak), then everything is in accordance to His will.
I think the Calvinists propounded this doctrine, most commonly known as "predestinarianism".
