The question "what do you want?" means, when you get on Twitter, what are you looking for? or on any social media? or if watching TV, what do you want from it? or whatever you are doing, to what purpose? What do you really seek? or is it all just distraction?

i'm looking for ways to ignore this migraine at 4 a.m. and twitter is the best way to do that (a new answer) (24/7 ability to read what ppl are screaming into their computers - the closest i can come to feeling a sense of belonging on planet earth at this time)

Migraines suck. My ex had them. She would become incapacitated & couldn't move her head, the pain was so great. I felt so helpless watching her suffer like that.
Whatever I'm doing, I ask myself "Is this really what I want?" And, if not, I try to get closer

i'm in pain most of the time ... twitter's a good pain reliever (sometimes) - do you find what you really want? (i often find it hard to know)

Yes, I am doing more of what I want & not wasting my time on stuff I don't really care about. I am slowly weeding out the superfluous.
So sorry you are in so much pain. I hate pain. I don't do pain very well. I'm a sissy.
